Enter a truly immersive experience with the desert, her waters, and her sacred canyons. Spend 4 days and 3 nights paddleboarding through Labyrinth Canyon, a 45-mile flat water adventure showcasing some of the most breathtakingly beautiful scenery in the country. Camp beneath the stars surrounded by red rock and the soothing hum of river. Receive guided meditation, tarot readings, and earth-based wisdom practices to connect and build true relationship with the desert wild.

Moab, Utah
Distance:
We will paddle 45 miles over 4 days, so approximately 11 miles per day.
Keep in mind this is on a river, so the currents will be carrying you along.
Previous paddleboard experience is helpful but not necessary. Guides will teach proper techniques and how to work with the currents to your advantage.
Paddling daily can be physically demanding. Participants must be physically able to complete this journey.
What is included:
Paddleboard and gear rental
Tent and essential camping supplies (including sleeping bags and pads)
Freshly prepared meals for the duration of the trip (most dietary restrictions can be accommodated)
Guided meditation and earth-based wisdom practices
Professional river guides
Gear shuttle- that’s right you don’t need to carry your gear!

Airfare
Transportation to/from Moab
Lodging and meals before and after the river trip

Upon arrival, you will be provided with a dry bag for camp items and a day bag for you to pack your belongings.
Day Items:
• Water bottle
• Swim suit
• Sun protection
• Shoes that can get wet
• Hat (I suggest a full brim for sun protection)
• Sunglasses with a retainer strap
• Sunscreen
• Bandanna
• Camera, but it is at your own risk as it may get wet.
Dry Bag Items:
• Long pants and shirt
• Hiking/camp socks
• Camp shoes that you could also use for light hiking
• Warm wool sweater, sweatshirt or fleece jacket
• Thermal underwear top and bottoms
• Rain gear
• Flashlight/headlamp
• Small towel
• Biodegradable soap/shampoo
• Insect repellent and hand lotion
• Personal hygiene kit -
We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the retreat as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays. ***We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
Airport options:
Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY) is a small regional airport 25-30 minutes from Moab.
Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) is a larger regional airport 1 hour and 40 minutes from Moab.
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes from Moab.
Ground Transportation:
Rental cars are readily available at SLC, GJT and Moab.
Moab Express provides shuttle service to/from CNY and GJT.
Greyhound operates the Salt Lake Express service to/from SLC.
