  • Yin Yoga & Malas Under the New Moon

    Friday, 11/21 5-6:30pm

    @ Studium Fitness Littleton

Welcome to the November New Moon! Each New Moon cycle offers an invitation to get lost in the dark. To rest our eyes of their seeing. Release our minds of the pressure to know. And turn our hearts toward the great dark mystery of night.

This is a moment for deepening into stillness, for planting the seeds of intentions we wish to cultivate during the holiday season, the last month of 2025. Join us for a meditative yin yoga practice beneath the blanket of the New Moon then create your own gemstone mala bead bracelet to carry your inspiration and intention with you into your next gorgeous season of life!

This offering is open to all genders and experience levels. The gemstones used to create your mala bracelets are natural, ethically sourced stones cut and polished in the U.S. by skillful artists.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, magnifying/reader glasses if needed for beading, and a journal if you’d like to record your experience.

***Please note, an additional $50 materials fee is required, payable at the event.
